Enrollment Priorities

Calumet Christian School exists as a ministry of Dwell Community Church, and as a provision for the members of Dwell. The following information pertains to all incoming kindergarteners. Students already enrolled in grades K-7 receive top priority.

The church leadership and the school board want to provide a quality, private education option for families living in the Central Ohio area, with priority given to members of Dwell Community Church living in the Columbus City Schools District.

The next tier of priority would be for members of Dwell, who do NOT reside in a Columbus City Schools neighborhood. Finally, the applications from families who are not members of Dwell would be considered.

In each of these categories, we also consider families who have siblings currently enrolled in grades K-8 to have priority over families who do not.
